EVP Venue and Party Rentals (“EVP Venue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

submit an inquiry, schedule a venue tour, request availability or

pricing, or otherwise communicate with us.

type, estimated guest count, budget, tour appointment information,

messages, and other booking or transaction information you choose to

provide.

advertising technologies, and similar tools.

3. GOOGLE CALENDAR AND TOUR SCHEDULING

EVP Venue uses Google Calendar and Google appointment-scheduling

services for tour scheduling and venue availability.

When you schedule a tour, Google may collect and process information

submitted through its scheduling service, such as your name, contact

information, selected appointment time, and information entered in the

appointment form. Google’s handling of that information is also

governed by Google’s privacy policies.

The public venue calendar is intended to display availability

information only. Customer names, contact information, private event

details, and internal notes are not intended to be publicly displayed.

4. FORMS AND BUSINESS RECORDS

Information submitted through website forms may be delivered to EVP

Venue by email and stored in systems used to manage inquiries,

follow-ups, tours, and bookings. These systems may include Google

Workspace services such as Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets.

to operate the website, understand website use, measure advertising
